This was a hit in my house! So let's get straight to it the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 bag Shrimp
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot
Pickled Onion
Rice

Start by cooking your rice and put in the fridge to cool down and so the rice starts sticking. In the meantime; prep your cucumber and carrots. (Rinse!)
Cucumber: we cut into 4 small pieces
Carrot: Strip your carrot or cut into slices
Once prepped I put in the fridge until rice is ready.
When rice is cooled time to prep your shrimp. I sautéed mine over medium-high heat (I love crispier) and add seasonings of choice we chose @Lucky Cajun Seasoning. Once shrimp is fully cooked - time to load that bowl!
Base: rice
Then add your shrimp, cucumber, carrots + pickled onion and drizzled your sauce over the top! Enjoy.
Remember this can easily be changed/replaced with other alternatives -If you need other options let me know.
